He is also responsible for establishing, managing and evolving the systems and processes used to provide our customers the highest level of service possible. He also evaluates technologies and market trends to help guide and develop go to market strategies which best serve our customers’ interests.

As a member of the IT industry for over 20 years Bill has held senior IT and Operational roles in both large and small organizations leading diverse teams of varying sizes. Prior to joining CTI he was Director of Information Systems for a multinational organization working primarily on merger related activities including team and systems integration. Earlier he was Director of IT for a leading speech technology company designing and implementing scalable infrastructures and adaptable business systems.
